  searchTCMByDiseaseName :: search for information about herbs associated with a disease from RDF-TCMGeneDIT, Diseasome, LinkedCT, and DBpedia.

  This application allows one to search for information about alternative medicines associated with a given disease, in terms of its putative effects, associated genes and relating clinical trials, from different databases accessible through SPARQL endpoints.

• Search for aTags for a Given Herb

  searchForAtags :: search for aTags about herbs. aTags provide additonal knowledge about a herb gathered using aTags generator
